9 Plants To Create A Bedroom Oasis and Help You Sleep

    You toss.  You turn. You watch the clock inch closer to sunrise.  Before running to the sleep-aide section of your local pharmacy, try a healthier way to get to sleep at night while turning your bedroom into an oasis of calm.  By putting one or more of these plants in your bedroom – you’ll create a peaceful oasis, sleep easier, reduce stress AND reduce toxins in the air!

    English ivy. Ivy is one of the best plants for improving the quality of the air.  Ivy absorbs toxins in the air and emits healthy oxygen!  In fact, English ivy can reduce airborne mold by up to 94%!  You will breathe easier with this plant in your room plus it’s one of the easiest to grow!
